Hi! We just got our very first house. We are two teachers and have saved for this our entire lives. We don’t get paid in the summer so we need to do this as cost-effective as possible. We are looking to paint three bedrooms. The dimensions of the rooms are: Room 1: 14 x 8 Room 2: 10x10 Room 3: 12 x 12 Two of the bedrooms need trim work done around the windows. None of the rooms need ceilings painted. We want to paint one bathroom. The dimensions of that room are 7x5. We take ownership on 9/21. We cannot do an on-site assessment; we can’t get into the house before 9/21 and we want the painting to begin right away. Please respond with your estimate. Thank you!
