Property management company seeking a maintenance worker for the following duties:
-taking out the garbage for pick up on garbage collection days for multiple properties.
-cleaning vacant units/common areas of properties.
-inspecting units for repairs needed.
-informing property manager of any issues on the property.
-occasional painting and simple handymen jobs.
-simple landscaping (cutting grass, pulling weeds).
Looking to hire full time. Car needed and valid driver's license.
