Shuck-N-Cluck is an annual barbecue & oyster fundraising event for Rebuilding Together of the Triangle. For the second year, we're taking our annual outdoor oyster roast curbside. Thanks to our good friends at Lawrence Barbecue, we're again offering barbecue meal packs and oysters by the dozen. Each barbecue pack includes a heaping serving of smoked Heritage Farms NC pulled pork and two smoke-fried chicken thighs with honey barbecue sauce. The meal pack serves two and includes baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and homemade pickles. Each 12-pack of cook-at-home oysters comes with a dozen large, NC steamer oysters ready to steam/roast at home with cooking instructions included. Order a meal pack and oysters or, for an even greater impact, become a sponsor. All proceeds support Rebuilding Together of the Triangle, a charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing critical home repair services to vulnerable, low-income homeowners in Wake, Chatham, Durham, and Orange counties.
