Hi, our house near west Houston has a couple of projects that need some help: 1) install a 0.5-HP garage door opener for single car garage (Genie model #1035-VW). Pre-wired already for a similar model and tested compatible. 2) install a 30-inch range hood, under-cabinet style, venting hole pre-cut already (may or may not need little adjustment). 3) we have a few other bigger projects planned out (such as install new gutter, new wood patio, and shades) and can discuss if we satisfy with first two small jobs.
