2 minute plumbing job w/COI

The nazis on our HOA board will not allow us to reconnect our kitchen sink pipes because we cannot provide the property management with a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Yes, this is our first, and soon to be last, condo. Attached is a photo of the pipe to screw on. If you take more than 2 minutes to complete the job, you are not competent. What we're obviously paying for is your plumbing COI, so have proof of it in hand on arrival.
