There are many creative possibilities available to manage stress well. Actively managing stress well in life is key to enjoying the daily activities of work, family, relaxation, and fun. Develop new ways to connect with others in a relaxed, positive way.
NOTE: This session takes place in person at Bridges to Growth, 805 W. University Ave, Georgetown, TX.
