Must have vehicle and valid license. 1) Small Jobs - 1099 - Need light experience in plumbing, electrical and drywall. Jobs for rental properties, tenant requests. Leaky sinks, door knobs, light bulb changing and everything in between. Pay starts at $17/hr. $1 raise per year. Max out at $22/hr. Two weeks time off allowed per year for vacation/drs appointments. We do not work holidays. 9-5 schedule or 9-5:30 if you take 1/2 hour lunch. 2) General Laborers - work includes patching holes, painting, demo. Other jobs performed based on competence in unit turns (rehab after a tenant moves out. ) 2 positions available. $15/hr to start. $1 raise per year. Max out at $20/hr.
