SW Filtration is a Michigan-based industrial maintenance company specializing in air filtration systems and emissions control systems, and we are looking for crew members to join our group. We work on a variety of different systems at facilities around the country, from steel mills and natural gas power plants, to foundries and quarries. This job will involve strenuous physical activity and will involve being sweaty and dirty and so is not a good fit for someone not able to handle that. We offer online and on the job training, and no experience is necessary, though familiarity with tools and comfortability using ones' body are helpful. We travel for our work, usually this side of the Rockies and we have been to Colorado, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, and many places in between. We do work in Michigan from time to time, but there is no telling where the next job will crop up. Benefits include: -Starting pay of $19.00/hr, advanced to $20.00/hr after 3 jobs completed. -Any time over 8 hours of work in a day is considered over time, and therefore at 1.5x pay(We often work 10-12 hour days) -Paid OSHA 10 certification, and other trainings as needed. -1/2 time for seat time driving from home to the hotel we are staying at for a job. -Hotels like Holiday Inn Express are standard -All Personal protective equipment is covered, except steel toe boots. -Optional $25.00 per diem, paid as an advance. I won't lie, this can be a challenging job but the rewards can be great. We have a number of jobs lined up in the coming months and so it's a great time to jump on the crew.
