My Sister's House is hosting a formal Masquerade Ball to celebrate 40 years of service to Nash and Edgecombe Counties. The ball will take place Saturday, October 2 at The Historic Machaven in downtown Rocky Mount, NC. Please join us for this special anniversary celebration. My Sister's House has been providing services to victims of domestic violence in Nash and Edgecombe Counties since 1981.  In 2017, MSH sheltered 100 women and 83 children, providing 2,274 sheltered nights and 6,135 meals.  Additionally in 2017, MSH staff assisted with 1,035 safety plans, assisted with translations 194 times, made 343 referrals to NC Legal Aid, assisted with 75 warrants, and provided provided court accompaniment 858 times.
