Description

A combined resistance and strength training workout targeting the glutes and core. Please bring your own equipment and be willing to share! Join us this Saturday outside at Piedmont Park! Beyond aesthetics (who doesn’t want a nice booty & defined abs), your glutes and abdominals work synergistically to support your spine. Building and maintaining glute, core strength and mobility significantly reduces a persons risk of injury, particularly in the lower back. Class MOST suitable for intermediate & advanced levels. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT AND BE WILLING TO SHARE. Kettlebell (s) or dumbells, small loop resistance bands and a mat. MASKS NOT REQUIRED.
