Need roof. Want quick and dirty roof that will last 5 years or more. Rolled comp okay. Torchdown okay. Shingles okay. 12 square. I might even buy materials you have, if you have some in the yard. I: (2) supply all materials. (3) I supply clean up and dump. (3) I buy beer. YOU: (1) remove old roof. (3) fix wood only if absolutely needed. (3) throw on new roof. Current roof is old comp with rock... but rocks mostly gone. Easy tear off. 3/12 pitch. Weekends are great. Send me a bid.
