Fuller): When we are trapped in our minds we easily lose perspective around the blessing that is waking up every single day. Gratitude is the most efficient and natural way to reconnect with our higher selves and ground ourselves in the present moment. Use this mid-week session to take a moment and ground yourself in all of the things each and every one of us has to be grateful for.
