Kundalini Yoga and Sound Bath with Melissa Dass Akal
Enjoy a Sunday morning under the trees and practice a beginners Kundalini Yoga class with teacher Melissa Dass Akal Kaur. Melissa's classes are geared towards beginners, she explains every pranayam, posture, exercise and mediation step by step. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness , it incorperates breathwork , asana, chanting and meditation to bring balance to the nervous system. In this relaxed state you are able balance and reset the mind body and soul!
Class will be followed by a deeply relaxing Sound Bath. You will listen to high frequency instraments in order to put you into a deep state of relaxation and meditation. Sound Baths help reduce anxiety and depression and also release stress!
Suggested donation is $10 , however all donations are accepted and no one will be turned away! This is a community class!
