Dear Real Estate Agent, If you’re reading this, you are probably working at a real estate brokerage doing between four and 50 transactions per year, or maybe you’re a newer agent. My name is Jacob Barnhill and after I got out of the military, I turned to a career in real estate. I have built two successful businesses since and have been coached and mentored over the last six years by some of the top coaching companies in the world. There will be training; however the training could box you in BIG time without a larger growth plan in mind. Others still will promise you leads but will only provide the basics as far as following up, converting and building something off of those relationships for the long haul. We teach, have enough people to constantly talk to to reach your goals, say the right things, say it enough times, consistently do it and you will reach your goals. Do the math for yourself on what it would cost you to pay to have all the tools, systems, coaching, and you to figure everything out on your own. I think in most cases at the end of the day; if we’re helping you focus on the true few dollar producing activities (and if you’re an action taker) you should be closing more transactions. “100% of a small pie or 50% of a larger pie” I always say poor business owners think splits, rich people think net and wealthy people think assets. Can I make more commission than the average agent? Yes, our average commission was 3.65% last year for our team. Additionally we can put a plan together so you can go for higher price points and work with builders with agent bonuses. Do you have an office? Yes What’s a normal day? Make calls in the morning, go on appointments Are you really setting appointments for us? Yes, we have trained Inside Sales Reps who are making over 20 contacts a day who set qualified appointments with decision makers who are ready to hire an agent. Do I have to make phone calls? Yes, we believe in educating agents on proper etiquette from the phone is a very high priority. What if I don’t want to cold call? Most of our customer contact records are not cold calls and if you consider talking to your Mom cold calling you need to think about that again. We believe sales is service and want to teach you selling the right way. If you’re not prepared to do this as you are starting a business; then we will most likely not be a great fit.. We can’t help “secret” agents, people need to know you’re in business. What does it look like when I first start? We have an onboarding specialist to help you assimilate quickly and efficiently.
