Looking for someone to do light repairs of rental properties. Projects such as weather stripping, cleanup when people move out, repaint interiors, leaky faucet repair, toilet wax ring replacements, etc… you know all the little things that go wrong at rentals. Will discuss pay. Rentals are located in Waverly. Need person who is willing to work and can be available with in a reasonable amount of time when repairs are needed, not asking you to drop what your doing but can not wait for a long time for someone to show up either.
