SeaCoast CrossFit, in partnership with the VFW Canteen, Wilmington, NC, will remember, honor and pay it forward! SeaCoast CrossFit will hold a Memorial WOD, '343' on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the VFW Canteen, 2722 Carolina Beach Rd., Wilmington, NC. This WOD was originally designed to honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives on 09/11/2001. *Due to the volume involved with '343', individuals will have the option to either complete the workout as written, scale, or even partner with a friend.* A SeaCoast CrossFit value is to pay it forward! With that in mind, 50% of the registrations will be donated to the 9/11 Promise, Inc. Scholarship Fund. The 9/11 Promise, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that awards scholarships to children of fallen and/or injured First Responders or Military Service Members.
