The position requires a commitment to personal and professional growth and development. RESPONSIBILITIES Construction observation and monitoring, construction materials testing (soils, concrete, aggregates, pavements, masonry, structural steel, etc.), special inspections. QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma / GED required. • Entry level position requiring no experience. • ICC, ACI, NICET & AWS certification preferred, with capability of obtaining certification within no greater than 6 months of date of hire. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including interpersonal skills. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Ability to lift 25 lbs on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs as needed. • Strong team mentality required.
