A relaxed and informal gathering to recognize the 20th Anniversary of the 9/11/2001 attacks. Mingle with those who completed the Challenge. In honor of those who lost their lives on 9/11/2001, and in continued honor of our first responders and military who protect us from foreign and domestic threats, we gather to pay our respects at the annual 911 Tower Challenge. Featured Speaker: Sgt. Matthew Rosenberg Sgt. Rosenberg was an Army Medic assigned to the Pentagon. In the days prior to the attacks he was studying a new medical disaster plan based upon the “unlikely scenario” of an aircraft hitting the building. For his actions evacuating and treating casualties on the day of the attacks he was awarded the prestigious Army Soldier’s Medal. Entertainment Music provided by local Arizonan, Miss Sosha. Miss Sosha is a 23 year old Arizona native. Preforming as just a barefoot girl and her guitar playing a mixture of country music from the 60s through the 90s with some of her own country originals included. She is honored to be able to be apart of such an event honoring some of the brave men and women of this country. Silent Auction The event features unique silent auction items with 100% of proceeds benefiting organizations that support first responder and military families. Cash bar and buffet from El Mezquite Grill. Together we vow to Never Forget. ABOUT US Our organization is 100% volunteer based, and we couldn’t do it without our incredible team! When you see them out on the field, please give them a hello, thumbs up or pat on the back to show your support. They spend hours dedicating their time to create an incredible experience for everyone attending the event - all in the name of ensuring we keep our promise to never forget. THE MISSION The mission of the 911 Tower Challenge Foundation is to honor all those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, educate the general public about our first responders and military who continue to put their lives in harm’s way on a daily basis to protect us and raise funds to support charitable causes that provide support for families of first responder and military personnel. Our team of volunteers work tirelessly to ensure a successful event, year after year.  We appreciate your participation!
