Before Sonoran Restaurant Week returns September 10 -19, join us for an exclusive peek inside the Sonoran Sip Room at Hotel Congress. Enjoy appetizers made from the food grown on the San Xavier Co-op Farm, and sample the regional beverages that will be featured at our limited-run, pop-up bar concept, the Sonoran Sip Room. All ticket proceeds benefit the San Xavier Co-op Farm. Committed to healthy farming practices, this Tohono O’odham farm grows traditional crops to support cultural and environmental values as well as support economic development within the community. The San Xavier Co-op Farm considers the aspects of the Tohono O’odham Himdag, or Way of Life, to ensure that decisions in the farm’s rehabilitation project are consistent with the culture.
