Morning Session - The Culture First Mindset - 9:45 to 11:30 AM We kick it off with a keynote on from Joe Schmit. Nothing is more challenging in today’s complicated, competitive business environment than getting the right talent united around a clear and defined mission. This happens ONLY when organizations create an atmosphere of compassion, connection and clarity while implementing the Culture First Mindset. Lunch with a Purpose - 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM Hill Capital will be providing lunch for all attendees that includes curated networking to make meaningful connections with other attendees and an update on Hill Capital's progress in 2021. Afternoon Session - It's About the People, People! - 12:45 to 2:30 PM "We are all in this boat, and each of one of us has an oar. If we row together, we will reach success as smoothly and efficiently as possible." Karen Gilles Larson was preaching how important it was that everyone row together long before "Row the Boat" became mainstream in Minnesota. Karen led a turnaround at Synovis Life Technologies and will share how respecting the people that comprise a business will drive financial results and ultimately determine whether a leader is successful. Actionable Takeaways and Social Hour - 2:30 to 5:00 PM Time to reflect and share insights gained at the event. Followed by a hosted Social Hour! Who is this event for?
