LONG ISLAND, NY —The Northwell Health Nurse Choir impressed again Tuesday night on "America's Got Talent." The choir is made up of working nurses from across New York State—two are from Long Island—and the once again made it through to another round of the show.
After winning the "Golden Buzzer" two months ago for an emotional opening performance, the choir returned to the show this week, this time performing on the live quarterfinal round.
The amateur singers performed "You Will Be Found," from the Broadway musical "Dear Evan Hansen" and wore matching scrubs.
The audience, and the judges, gave the 18-member nurse choir an extended standing ovation.
Seven acts made it to the semifinals, which will air August 31.
