TAMPA, FL — Tampa Fire Rescue units responded to a two-alarm fire at Tampa Mattress, 4911 E. Broadway. Firefighters encountered heavy fire conditions and downed power lines, requiring them to call in additional crews. The fire was brought under control within about an hour. The structure sustained extensive fire damage. Attached businesses received minor smoke damage.
