You can park in the tennis court lot or the lot near the building located on Norris St. In case of severe weather, you will be notified 1 hour before the cancelation of the event and receive a refund. If you registered and are unable to attend for whatever reason, you are welcome to transfer your yoga pass to someone else; we will not honor a refund. Thank you for adhering to all the policies and procedures. ---- About the class: This class welcomes all level yoga students, including beginners and regular practitioners. We'll start the class with a short meditation, followed by a paced flow of yoga shapes, and work our way towards deep stretching poses with longer holds to help ground us, and end with rest (savasana). Throughout the class Ryan will softly play acoustic guitar covers coinciding with the movement and stillness of the class.
