Rare opportunity to work at Martinez Marina. Now hiring a full-time Maintenance Technicians for the maintenance of docks, grounds and facilities. A working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting is desired, but not necessary. On the job training will be provided. A valid California drivers license with an insurable driving record is essential. Job benefits include paid holidays, sick days, medical and dental coverage and vacation time. Salary range commensurate with experience. · Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner · Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants · Having own basic hand tools important, but not necessary · Must be comfortable working around water and outdoors. · Good communications skills are important in addition to following directions · Multi-tasking skills Handy man experience a plus. Work schedule includes weekends. 8:30 to 5 pm shifts
