***Great Opportunity with a Growing Company!*** -Full-time and part-time positions available- *PAID TIME OFF & FULL BENEFITS FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES* Koala Insulation of Northern Milwaukee is looking for reliable and motivated insulation installers to join our team. You will assist in performing high-quality insulation services, mostly in attics and crawlspaces. Services performed will include blown-in cellulose installs, fiberglass batt installs, spray foam application, and insulation removal. Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Safety: Adhere to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational health and safety laws. 2. Operations: Assist in removal and installation of insulation. Follow standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation. Complete a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. 3. Customer Service: Communicate professionally with customer. Maintain a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job. 4. Other: Perform other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent time management. - Teamwork minded. - Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills Education and Experience: - High school diploma/GED required - Prior experience in insulation preferred - Prior experience in construction preferred Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling. - Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. - Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently. **Successful candidates must be able to pass a drug test and will agree to submit to a pre-employment background check and driving record check.** TO APPLY, VISIT.
