Custodian ( BAY AREA) compensation: $15.45-$17.00 employment type: full-time Custodian/Janitor Job Description Custodian Employment Type: Full Time and Part Time Positions available We are a Maintenance/Janitorial company looking for Full-time janitors. Requirements include but are not limited to: Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Able to follow written instructions and job procedures. Have adequate communication skills. Be able and willing to use all types of janitorial equipment and chemicals required at job sites. Be able to perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, spot carpet cleaning, trash collection, and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, gyms, shower rooms, etc. Be flexible to help other team members and positions when needed. Be self-motivated and can complete tasks within the budgeted hours. Be on time and present for all shifts. Follow the dress code and be professional with customers and coworkers. Follow safety and health guidelines Pay depends on location.
