Alt-Left-Country Band seeks drummer to kick this cat off the throne

Ok look. I get it. She’s really cute and makes adorable noises when she shit talks the crows outside. But, she’s also a giant flake, has no rhythm, and can't reach the kick pedal, so we're gonna need someone else to step up and take the sticks here. So anyway, we’re a married couple that’s been playing music together since 2010. We’ve toured, recorded and built out a sprinter van to be hella-comfy on the road. I sing and play guitar and they play bass/harmonica. We’ve got a pedal steel player/ multi-instrumentalist on board as well. Its such a frustratingly pretty instrument and it's played by the nicest guy I've met. To get an idea what were shooting for, we dig Uncle Tupelo, Wilco, Son Volt, Shovels and Rope, Shakey Graves, Justin Townes Earle, 16 Horsepower, Fred Eaglesmith, Nick Shoulders, Magnolia Electric Company, Gillian Welch, Colter Wall, etc. We’re looking for a kind, left-leaning drummer with a shitpost-y sense of humor, wanderlust and a love of dive bars and new food. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must. You don’t need to be a virtuoso - just have a good work ethic for learning existing songs, writing new songs and doing all the other stuff that gets bands gigs and an audience. The desire and followthrough to tour periodically with plenty of advance notice is a necessity though. I built a custom suitcase drum kit for this band so we can rehearse and perform in places where a normal band would be too loud. The kick has an internal mic and the whole thing sounds really balanced and good acoustically or mic’d up. Your full load-in is 2 suitcases. Sonically it works great in the living room for our low-volume, don't-get-the-cops-called rehearsals. Long term I'm hoping to get a proper rehearsal side and be able to switch back and forth between the suitcase kit and a regular 4 piece jazz kit. We’ve got 3+ hours of 95% original music that gets us repeat bookings in breweries and brewpubs for money and dive bars for fun/fans. Obviously this is complicated with Covid right now, but we are both fully vaccinated.
