Press release from the Waterford Public Library: August 11, 2021 Saturday morning August 21st at 10:30 a.m. This is a beginner's guide to making plant medicine using the "folk method." This is a traditional way of making herbal medicine that does not involve fancy equipment, just basic kitchen measuring tools. In this talk Nora will make an herbal syrup, an herbal infused oil, a salve, and a tincture, as well as discuss the plants that would best be extracted using each preparation, and applications for these remedies.
