HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The Indian Cultural Association of Howard County will be hosting the Festival of India Sept. 4 from noon to 8 p.m. at the Howard County Fairgrounds. Both admission and parking is free. The celebration will commemorate the 75th Independence Day of India. There will be live music, dance, other performances, Indian food, intricate stalls and a bazaar featuring Indian clothing, jewelry, accessories, handcrafted goods and more.
