Position: Field Forces Superintendent shall oversees the construction activities that take place on multiple constructions worksites from West Palm Beach to Daytona and as far west as Okeechobee County, Florida. Our Supervisors dedicated to the Stuart, Florida area must have the ability to plan, organize coordinate, and direct multiple construction projects simultaneously. Trinity Supervisors are responsible for supervising the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment-adhering to OSHA Standards. They are responsible for the projects from beginning to end, including staffing, budgets, maintaining policies, ensuring site safety, and maintaining a set schedule. Supervisors are expected to continue building strong customer relationships and offer great customer service as we have for the last thirty-years. Key Requirements: • Must be legal to work in the United States throughout employment. • Ability to read and understand, blueprints, schematics, and construction documents • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in general construction • Requires physical endurance; heavy lifting, standing, walking and the ability to load and unload materials • Experience in supervising commercial construction projects • The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary • Flexibility and maintain an open availability to meet project deadlines • Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards • Skills in onboarding, and training new employees • Supervise Crews up 10-50 • Ensure Material Orders are Correct • Computer (Word, Excel, Payroll Systems, and Access, CAD etc.) Key Characteristics for our Supervisors: • Organized • Have excellent communication skills • Able to multi-task • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Recognize talent and encourage / train • Be independently motivated • Take initiative • Have excellent interpersonal skills • Bilingual is a plus, but not required • Trustworthy • Desire to improve each day Calm and Collective under pressure Responsibilities: • Hiring, training and general management of all employees on the project • Monitoring performance of sub-contractors and staff • Monitoring project budget and work orders • Ensure project development by defining the scope and resources required • Allocating resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staffing needs • Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes Benefits: • Salary • Monthly Bonus based on performance • Health Insurance • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Vehicle • Cell Phone
