In search of part-time bookkeeper and house project manager for a lovely family in Greenwich.Estimated need for 2 mornings a week, approximately 4 hours each of those mornings. Hours could be increased depending on work load. Occasionally someone that can stop by the house when family is traveling to manage contractors and pick up mail and packages.Tasks will include, but are not limited to: bill pay, mail sorting, computer filing, reconciling monthly statements, organizing and tracking capital improvements, meeting and coordinating contractors and house maintenance firms, & overseeing miscellaneous administrative projects.Needs to be proficient in Quicken and Excel; other word processing knowledge a plus. Skills required: detail oriented, active listener, effective communicator, problem-solver, excellent time management.Must be friendly and flexible.
$30-$40/hour based on experience.
