Becks Home Furnishing is looking for extraordinary warehouse workers to assist our display department and help ensure that our showroom is clean and presentable to our valued customers. Schedule is arranged Monday through Friday. Seasonal overtime may be required, depending on workload., employee purchase discounts and more! Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment. Job Duties · Uncrating incoming merchandise · Preparing, assembling and tagging items for floor display (BEFORE IT GOES OUT TO THE FLOOR) · Placing items on the showroom floor for display to customers · Sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning up areas where working · Working with various levels of management to ensure that product is being displayed in the most favorable way possible. . Loading and unloading merchandise from the truck . Ability and experience driving a 24ft box truck to deliver and pickup merchandise is a must MUST HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID DL Minimum Requirements · A background in general labor · A basic understanding of hand tools and product assembly · The ability to do repetitive lifting, up to 75 pounds on a regular basis · Must be computer literate · Great customer service skills
