Press release from the Washington Township: 2021-08-19 The Washington Township Health Department offers a Well-Check Program in support of seniors and disabled residents of both Washington & Chester Township. Program Details: Includes quarterly, yearly, or emergency calls from the Township inquiring about their well-being and to determine if assistance is needed. Well-Check calls due to severe weather, power outages or other circumstances that may cause a disruption in daily routines. Provide information for grocery or medical assistance and prescription delivery during emergencies. Application for the Well-Check Program included and can be submitted by mail or completed over the phone.
