Yeah it sounds weird but if you imagine it and hold that vision, it can happen. If two people hold the same vision, the power of said vision becomes doubled. Imagine if twenty people held a vision of it raining throughout California and held this vision for ten minutes. How about fifty people? An arena filled with people? The energy would be great.
