Rehoming mixed breed

I have a mixed breed that I adopted but she is not a good apartment dog. She is up to date on shots and is microchipped. I have her medical records in PDF as well. She is spayed. She's a great dog but very energetic but not sure how she is around other dogs and children. Small rehome fee of $50 to make sure she is going to an actual home.
