DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Anyone headed west on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Wednesday morning should expect slow travel, as the left lane is reported blocked by an accident. PennDOT's 511 alert warned of an accident on I-76 (PA Turnpike) at the 310.4 milepost between Downingtown and Morgantown on Wednesday at 9:28 a.m. No other information was available by 10 a.m.
