Roscoe is 2 years old. Rescued from the side of the road as a puppy and has been nursed back to health since. His tail is broken in two places, and some battle scars from his last owners. He’s a loving and very friendly lap dog. He does amazing with other animals and kids. Small Rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home.
