Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 08/19/2021 6:03 AM 2021-2264, Fraud: On 08/18/21 at 9:53 a.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Timber Creek for a report of fraud. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-2269, DUI: On 08/18/21 at 10:12 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on W. Highpoint Road near Fox Road in Fox Township for improper lane usage. Daniel Steven Di Guido, a 55-year-old male from the 500 block of West Washington Street in Yorkville, was arrested for driving under the influence.
