Danil Sanders, 27, of Hall Street in Concord was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on July 30 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Police were sent to Hall Street for a report of a domestic. When officers arrived, they spoke with Sanders, who stated there was an argument about a woman's consumption of wine and being aggressive while controlling custody of children. When he complained, an affidavit stated, "she got in his face and proceeded to hit him a number of times." He then used his foot to push her away, the report stated, and admitted to kicking her to stop her from assaulting him. The officer noted Sanders could not show him any injuries and accused him of smelling like alcohol. The victim stated she had back pain, took pills, and washed them down with a glass of wine, the affidavit said. She also admitted to drinking a full bottle of wine that evening, the report said. However, she countered Sanders did not like it when she drinks and "he typically becomes very aggressive against her verbally when she does." She accused Sanders of getting into her face and yelling while she was holding a baby, kicked her in the leg, and stormed out of the residence, the report said. Sanders was then arrested and held on preventive detention. Christopher L. Levreault, 43, of Belmont was arrested at 3:56 a.m. on July 30 on a bench warrant after an incident at 317 Loudon Road. Patrick Stephen Walsh, 61, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. on July 25 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. Police were sent to Lowe's to assist employees in figuring out if a homeless camp behind the business is on their property or not. The officers used GIS on their computers to determine the store owns about 80 meters behind the fence of the property. About 30 meters into the woods, the officers encountered Walsh, who they accused of setting up a camp behind the store. According to dispatch, Walsh was trespassed from the property on June 21 and the paperwork was still active, so Walsh was arrested. Since he was out on bail, a breach charge was added. During processing, Walsh was accused of yelling and cursing at an officer about a jacket. A sergeant got involved in the interaction and asked Walsh if he was going to comply with the booking process. Walsh replied, "Go f--- yourself" and "get ready for the fight," according to an affidavit. Police took this as a refusal to comply and transported him to the county jail.
