Your post is possibly being flagged because it’s pretty clear that politics isn’t allowed here. You really should read the constitution. Possibly read some books on constitutional law. No one has a right to be a nurse. That is not a right. An employer has a right to hire or fire for any almost reason. The employer has the right to protect the all other patients and employees as well. In court do you really think you’d win this? If so, You are suffering from either a massive lack of education or delusions. I would hope a nurse that would care for my family or me, would not be risking their health and others by not getting vaccinated. I would hope they would listen to what medical professionals and scientists are saying. If not, they have the right to find a new career. As I would not want that nurse anywhere near my family.
