LIBERTYVILLE, IL — After a two-year hiatus, Libertyville Days returned last week and saw a record-breaking year, officials in Libertyville told the Libertyville Review.
The festival, which ran Thursday through Sunday, included musical acts, a parade, beer gardens and plenty of family-friendly activities. This year's theme was "Let's Give It A Shot." The Libertyville Civic Center hosts the event and civic center director Anna Carlino told the Libertyville Review this year saw a record number of people stopping out.
"We had beautiful weather, we had great music and people really just wanted to get out and be together," Carlino said. "So it really was a record-breaking year."
