Need Soffit Fixed

I'm getting desperate trying to find someone to repair this section of soffit destroyed by squirrels on my dad's 2 flat near 1st & Ogden. Dad's been in the hospital since April, Lyons is going to fine him if it's not fixed by the end of the month, and I still haven't found anyone! I can send pics.  708-519-0853
