MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —If you're heading out this weekend, be aware that several roads and parking lots will be closed due to AVP Beach Volleyball, according to the City of Manhattan Beach. Closures are as follows: Lower Pier parking lots, 8/15-8/25Manhattan Beach Blvd west of Ocean Drive, 8/16-8/25Ocean Drive between 11th and 12th Streets, 8/16-8/22Manhattan Beach Blvd west of Manhattan Ave, 8/20-8/22Upper Pier parking lots, 8/20-8/22 In addition to street and lot closures, there will be traffic delays and limited parking.
