Description
This position is for support staff for a very busy and multitalented businesswoman, who is also heavily involved in philanthropic work. Meaning, this job entails a multitude of fluid responsibilities and does change from day to day and this position contains elements of both personal and professional duties. The ideal candidate must be able to wear multiple hats and be prepared to tackle any scenario.
Responsibilities and Duties (partial list)
Schedule meetings, in person and via zoom
Digital archival maintenance
Data base maintenance
Respond to emails, as necessary
Assist with daily time management
Personal errands, as requested
Liaison with the team to keep the house running
Establishing & executing to do lists that are always up-to-date
Scheduling of personal & business appointments
Making personal and business phone calls
Ordering office supplies and household items
Qualifications and Skills
Discretion is a must!
Computer literacy is a must; PC and MAC
Knowledge of Microsoft and dropbox is a must
Social media proficiency
Responsible, goal oriented and organized
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Confidant and proactive
Sourcing, negotiating, and familiarity a plus
Hours ,Salary, and Benefits
This position is hourly but the base period is :
Monday-Friday from 9:00-6:00
Position requires weekend work, occasional late /long hours, travel for work
