LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – The 26-year-old South Los Angeles man charged federally with illegally transporting tons of explosives, including dangerous homemade fireworks that lead to a botched explosion in South Los Angeles back in June that wounded 17 people, has agreed to plead guilty.
Arturo Ceja III will plead guilty in Los Angeles federal court to a federal charge of transporting explosives without a license, according to the case docket.
