Local, 18, looking for clients who are willing to get tattoos from me so that I can practice. tattoos will be free, anything bigger than a 3 x 3 will be $20 starting. also, not looking for a tattoo? Maybe you need a mural painted or you would like some artwork done for a family member.. I do customized artwork (varying sizes) as well so hit me up i need to get put to work. will come to you if doable.
