DUBLIN, CA — Ballots for the recall election targeting Gov. Gavin Newsom have been sent to Dublin voters and votes are starting to trickle in.
Election Day isn't until Sept. 14 but early voting options are available.
There were 944,600 people registered to vote in Alameda County as of July 16, the most recent day for which data was available.
