I have projects at my house that I need some help finishing. Located in Simi Valley by the DMV. Projects include: Tile work (Floor/wall) Cabinet installation Landscaping (sod and fence installation) Brickwork Finish carpentry (Doors/moulding) Painting Roofing (whole roof replacement) Finish electrical Finish plumbing Various If you want to bid the job, we can set up a time. If you have a rate like flooring, let me know and I can give you quantities. If you have a day rate, that will work too. I am available during the week but get a lot of the work done on the weekends. Send me your rate, your specialty or what you would like to do, and a contact number. If you have tools, better to work with your own. If not, I have all tools needed to finish this.
