need help feeding family

Im out of PTO and recently got sick, Ive had to take a whole week off because my daughter got sick at daycare. Now my oldest has 2 positive covid cases at school and comes home running a fever yesterday, and I dont feel well today with a 101 fever. I got a covid test done today but wont get results for 24-48 hours. i was broke and stuggling to begin with but now after paying all other bills Im out of grocery money because my check was short. I dont like to ask for help, but I could really use it if you have anything to offer. thank you.
