Press release from Maricopa County Attorney's Office: August 19, 2021 Thursday, August 19, 2021 (Phoenix, AZ) – On August 13, 2021, a Maricopa County Grand Jury charged Otoniel Navarrete (DOB 10/1985) with one count of MOLESTATION OF A CHILD, A CLASS 2 FELONY Dangerous Crime Against Children, three counts of SEXUAL CONDUCT WITH A MINOR, A CLASS 2 FELONY Dangerous Crime Against Children, two counts of SEXUAL CONDUCT WITH A MINOR, A CLASS 6 FELONY, and one count of ATTEMPT TO COMMIT MOLESTATION OF A CHILD, A CLASS 2 FELONY Dangerous Crime Against Children.
